1. The cartridge shell is damaged

If the shell of the toner cartridge is damaged, it may be caused by a collision during transportation, and it must be replaced with a new one.

2. There is a relatively large particle impurity blockage between the magnetic roller and the scraper

It may be that the replacement powder was added to the toner cartridge, and the residual toner in the drum compartment was not cleaned up when the powder was added. The two types are different and the powder is mixed together, which will cause waste toner residue.

3. The sealing blade inside the toner is damaged or deformed

Do not add powder to the original toner cartridge, make sure that the customer buy the original toner cartridge. Because in the process of disassembly and assembly, the waste toner bin is easily deformed, so there will be powder leakage.

4. Too much waste powder

When the waste toner bin is almost full, clear the waste toner bin in time. Excessive powder leakage will cause too much waste powder in the waste toner bin to leak powder.
