Today, the Fuser thermistor manufacturer provides a simple test method. Although it does not reach the professional level of accuracy, it can roughly measure the resistance and accuracy of the Fuser thermistor. I hope it can help everyone.

1. Clamp the two lead ends of a standard Fuser thermistor on the crocodile clip, insert the other end of the multimeter pen into the multimeter, turn on the multimeter and dial it to the appropriate resistance measurement position, and the multimeter will display the resistance value of the thermistor at this room temperature .
2. Put the thermometer horizontally into the oil pan (the thermometer should be fully immersed in the oil), and the scale should be upward.
3. Fill the constant temperature oil pan with salad oil. (Note: If a stainless steel pan is used, please place a 3~5mm plastic plate on the bottom of the pan as a thermal insulation layer).
4. When the value displayed by the multimeter monitoring the oil temperature is relatively stable, it indicates that the oil temperature is relatively stable. At this time, the resistance of the constant temperature in the oil can be tested, such as the resistance and accuracy of the thermistor used for monitoring on the alligator clip and the fuser to be tested. When the resistance accuracy of the thermistor is the same, comparative measurements can be made.
5. Connect a pair of alligator clips to a pair of multimeter test leads respectively.
6. Put the alligator clips into the oil pan filled with salad oil, so that all the alligator clips and the fuser thermistor are immersed in the oil. This multimeter is used to monitor the temperature change of the oil in the oil pan.
